(a) Hypervariable region or loop in antibody which is help to form specific antigenic molecules binding sites on the light chain and heavy chains.They also involved in specificity of antibodies and it's structure to form Antigen binding and it's pocket.

The diversity and heterogeneity of the antibody is focused on six hypervariable loops located on the antibody variable domain, also known as the complementarity-determining region (CDR). On the heavy and the light chain, three CDR loops are located respectively.

(c)The benefit of an unstructured do-loop is that it is possible to check the condition anywhere inside the loop body. Until the body is executed, structured loops often verify the state. The downside of unstructured loops is that if possible, they are a little more difficult to read, so they should be avoided..
