What is the impact of populism on Public Administration (PA) at different levels (local, state, federal) of governance? Discuss the relationship between populism and public administration in liberal democracy. You are also encouraged to discuss the relevance of existing PA leadership concepts and theories in this regard as well. (It would be best if you use a concrete example exploring the relationship between populism and public administration. Your example might be primarily of American governance of your interest, but you are also welcome to use populist examples in other liberal democracies.)
