Warby Parker is a famous online marketplace for eyewear glasses designed by their team. Its founded in 2010 and since then Warby Parker builded strong brand with phenomenal customer satisfaction program.
1) They focus on delivering person-to-person experiences whether it’s the sales rep in front of you in the store or a personalized “thank you” tweet showing appreciation for a purchase.
2) They follow powerful customer communication tool
3) They introduce a new strategy for buying glasses: the ability to have high-quality frames delivered to your door at a low price.
4) Warby offered eyeglasses that cost $95, that you could try on, at home, free of shipping costs.
5) The company would donate one pair of eyeglasses for each pair that sold.This way they are making a relations with people
6) To encourage customers they share their five frame options on social media and get friendly feedback from family and friends

Yes I agree with the Warby Parker’s decision to open a traditional retail store to sell their eyeglass ware.
But making a choice between selling online through an eCommerce store, and selling in a traditional bricks-and-mortar location can be incredibly difficult.
Whether you sell online or offline will change how you interact with customers, market your products and hire new employees.
Online shopping gets a lot of hype and it has lot of benefits like it save your time, provide the item on your door step, variety of item selection in a one place but there still are tangible benefits of having a retail store location for the business.
For example
1) When customers can touch items and view them closely, they feel more at ease with handing over large amounts of cash. For higher-end retail in particular, a storefront gives consumers the opportunity to feel out the items and decide what they want to buy.
2) Despite the benefits of online chat and customer service agents available by phone, there is little match for the ability to talk about a purchase with a staff member in a store.
3) A storefront gives customer the opportunity to ask questions and for staff members to recommend complementary products or alternative uses for an item a customer is considering buying.
4) A storefront gives a retailer the opportunity to create a complete showroom so customers can fully visualize how an individual piece will work .
5) A near by physical retail store is easy to accessible if any complete will come to the product but in the online store you have to wait for pick up -replacement-refund

I prefer to go to Warby Parker's retail store or any retail store near to my location because it is easy to buy item from there rather than online purchasing which at least take delivery time of minimum 2 to 3 days.
