As an educator, long patience is a must, he or she should know how to handle stress and pressures concerning difficult parents by providing them the needs and clarity to explain well the insights of their children's act and mistakes. An educator must have unbound understanding as well as to parents who may have suffered problems within their homes, he or she (educator) should find a ways that may best help reiterate the problem that had arised. Active listening should be as important as speaking, in this way, an educator may know and have the idea as to what difficulties does the parents are suffering. In facing complaints to difficulties not just parents, and educator must know how to LEAD, he or she must know how to Listen to the problem that had arised, he or she must Empathized his or her clientele or the parents as to how it was going or how bad was going, an educator must also ask an Apology in behalf of his or her student and lastly, an educator should Do something to have solutions in the problem.

In view of the effective communication to be effectively done, an educator must act independently based on the resources he or she must have. One of the main objective of the communication to be credible is to have an interaction between the receiver and the sender, this can be done through talking vividly of the two persons, communicating two persons outside noise challenges, and calling through phone interviews for a follow through. Thus, in order to minimized the time to be spent in the evaluation, an educator may go through house to house of every parents in order to connect well and explain well how the survey is going. This is in fact, the best way to communicate people as to monitor its credible answer on the survey sheet and for fast approach. Secondly, he or she (educator) could also communicate each parents through social media and phone calls in order to be effectively evaluate the survey in time, and I effect for a credibility of a survey to be submitted.

Every school has an activity that tend to boost the morale of each students in their field of academics and extracurriculars. One of the main example is the Graduation, wherein students are being recognized on their effort to achieve greater things in the school, these includes, academic honors, athletic awardee, behavioral impact, leadership traits, and any other awards that could give students the edge over someone else. The flow of graduation could be based on the chronological order of the program from the start up to the last. Below are the example of flows of graduation ceremony in the school:
