Procedure of how companies get listed on the London Stock Exchange:

i) Firstly for listing we need to choose a market for example high growth market , Premium segment .

ii) After choosing the market we need to choose the type of transaction for example like Initial Public offer , direct listing etc

iii) After that we need to appoint an external team to advise on the activities of listing for example merchant bankers , sponsor , broker legal counsel who will help us out in the process of getting listed.

iv) Now will prepare an application and apply to the stock exchange for getting listed.

v) We also need to assess the assets , liabilities , shareholding pattern , contracts etc

vi) Finally need to create our propspectus which will be verified by FCA , apply to both London Stock Exchange and FCA , Market your floatation , Along with that we also need to complete our underwriting process.
