If each member is open to everyone it will be easier to provide ideas and information to complete a task. This way will also help to build good relationship and trust in each team member.
2. Lower expectations and control your own emotions and reactions. For example, if a member has done something wrong, try talk calmly and respectfully rather than overreacting to simple mistakes. We need to remember that we have different skills and knowledge. So, It is better to work together. Having simple mistakes are just normal in a team.
3. Creating your own goals and priorities that will help the team. Having a clear purpose for why you are on a team is an important part of accomplishing your task, even if you do not know them personally. Let's give your best to help the group, and if you have a problem at home do not take it to your team. We need to keep in mind our goal even though we have many challenges in life. Because It is possible that your team will be affected if you do not have a sense of direction or purpose.
4. Keep the conversation simple. Avoid using slang words to avoid confusing them or at worst, offending them. This way helps us to build rapport and ensures that important ideas doesn't get misunderstood.
5. At the end of task, try to give feedback. Having feedback is important so that we know the feelings of each member. This way we can see what other adjustments need to be made to the task and within the group.
