MPESA has exploited the price elasticity of demand as it charges very high fees of service that they provide. This high fee is charged on the amount bracket category which is generally used by most of the people to make their transactions.

MPESA has exploited the income elasticity by charging a higher price on the services frequently used by the people. The fee of cash out is charger higher compared to that of transfer money because of high demand for cash out.
