A geopolitical area is which is also known as spatial designation . Geopolitical communities tend to be formed by either natural or human made boundaries . Examples of such geopolitical communities tend to include river ,hills , mountain .

Religious, social and cultural classes are some examples of the phenomenological community since their values and beliefs tend to set them apart from the other groups.We all live in a geopolitical culture and most of us belong to a variety of phenomenological groups.

Whilst collaborating with numerous community organisations, public health nurses have to face some obstacles. There are, first of all, cultural and linguistic obstacles to public health nurses. They work collaboratively with other areas of health that have different viewpoints. Some of the best practices for maintaining competence include peer review, reflective practice, target setting, understanding of various cultures and  practices, and self-assessment to address these obstacles along with using nursing processes in provision of care within the community setting. They tend to include assessment, diagnosis, implementation, evaluation and planning.

Assessment include assessing the health issues along with different cultures , belief of the patient where by they tend to gather information about a patient's physiological, sociological, psychological and spiritual status of the patients.

Planning tends to include all the interventions which are needed to take all the patient centered in terms of issues , culture ,belief and also including patient in plan of care. The nurses tend to formulate goals and outcomes which directly impact patient care based on EDP guidelines.

Implementation is putting the plan into action where by the nurses tend to carry out the nursing interventions which were outlined in the plan of care. Each and every specific plan to a patient which is followed aims in achieving a certain outcome.

Evaluation is the process of assessing the effectiveness of the plan provided and doing modifications if any necessary. It tends to involve the judgement of the effectiveness of the nursing care so as to meet clients goals.
