I think the first thing is social life if you are on Twitter, Snapchat, and Facebook, and if someone says you're ugly or you are too fat or too skinny so it will get you stressed and frustrated or upset so the teachers do not want that in their class and may affect your grade!. Another thing is cheating on exams, cheating often becomes normalized among teens.

Many of them don't even recognize that sharing answers or using a homework app could constitute cheating. Another thing for cheating on exams is kids would ask for answers which are unfair to other kids. Cell phones should not be allowed in schools because if the students get bored, they might use them to play games or do other activities that distract their attention from learning. Cell phones are ruining students' education, which is the only thing to be successful in life right now. If a student is cheating they're not learning anything and once again getting into a college becomes even harder. 

Even if a student isn't caught, this can lead to him or her having a bad understanding of the material in the future and is unfair to students who studied hard to do well.
