I believe that the media is just doing their job to inform us about climate change and global warming. It is very alarming thing for us to know about these things is really happening. The warming of the Earth, ices are melting, extreme weather events and many more events are happening because of global warming is indeed happening. We may say that they use "scare tactic" to get more attention but only we can say if it's a mere fact or not. Just observe about our surroundings or even compare today to last year. Think about the typhoons and hurricanes that happen, is it the same like the others? No, it is not. It gets worse and worse each year. Man-made pollution became the largest contributor to global warming. Deforestation, mining, pesticides, burning of fossil fuels are examples of it. Fossil fuels are combusted by industrial machines and generate electricity. Fuels in cars, trucks, and other vehicles are also pollutants.
