2 The historians and political scientists have always used surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of presidency in the US. from these surveys, the democratic presidents ranks slightly higher while the age limit does not affect the success of a president. However, the presidency has been seen as an invincible and autonomous office which has the powers to give executive orders which may not be vetoed by the senate.

3 Courts are uniquely situated to protecting human rights as they are the advisers of the government on the constitutional matters. In a times when the executive and house of the representatives are one, they may end up passing laws which are against the human rights. At this times, the courts stand firm and rule the policies unconstitutional and this protects the human rights.
