In reality, being able to speak of evaluation in connection with a deformation action certainly has a social function of evaluating this action. Talking about the evaluation may seem more necessary than doing it; It will not be surprising to note the existence of a deep gulf between the richness of the discourse on evaluation and the relative poverty of practices. The action of examining information is carried out to know details or to know with precision characteristics or qualities.
