1. The essential elements of the literary pieces under different periods of literature include setting, theme, structure, point of view and diction. They are essential because they give emphasis to a certain work of literature. It is also vital for it gives life and beauty to the stories.
2. Conventional is not necessarily mean boring instead it is a recognizable pattern for providing specific kind of information. When we say Conventional genre it means that it usually follow a strict set of rules in writing, whereas modern genre it is pertaining to the current culture of the lives of their main characters in a "today" setting and is more free  and sometimes mixes different qualities of literary work to form a more creative and innovative piece.
3. As a writer, I usually write a subject that effectively convey meaning. How I interpret literary text is:

• I try to find the meaning and significance of the story
• I will ask myself both what the text means and why it is important
• I use specific devices to demonstrate their attitudes
• I used the text as a guide

4. Determining the value of using multimedia formats is very important because it can serve to shape the social context in which literary works can be explored/experienced with others. Using multimedia can be fun and informative way of interpreting literary selections. The main goal of using multimedia formats is to elicit a response from your audience.
