Screening tools commanly used by nurses are Questionnaires, Check list, flow sheet and interview guides.

Questionnaires: Most Commanly used screening tool. Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) is a self administered diagnostic tool for assessing mental disorders. The questionnaire contain questions related to personal health like depression, anxiety etc which is used to assess the patient's mental health. Each question is graded from 0 to 3 where 0 is response for 'not at all' and 3 for ' almost every day' .

Ethics of medical promotion heathcare:

1. We should respect the patient, colleagues as well as other hospital staffs.

2. Beneficence: We should be kind to the patient.

3. Judicial: We should we fair and truthfull to the patient.
