According to Fink (2015), program evaluators who take the participant/community evaluation methodological approach will be immersed in the cultural/social values of a community of interest. My question to you is, if there is a conflict in values, what would be the best approach to rectify this conflict? Can people put aide their social/cultural differences for the purpose of empirical research?
