Nestle company is an American conglomerate which is focused at consumer products and confectionery items and it has been impacted due to the coronavirus crisis to a large extent because the risk associated with the operation of the company along the multinational functionality has been impacted to a certain extent due to uncertainty arising out of the coronavirus crisis and there has been increased lockdown among various countries due to which there has been an increase in the volatility of the operations and there has been increasing cost also to a certain extent because of the alternate mode of connecting with other countries.

It has led to a lower growth for the company and it has led to a lower revenues for the company because demand has slowed down due to coronavirus crisis and decreasing in the disposable income and lower employment for the individual so it lead to a higher degree of risk associated with the lower growth and the macro factors as also not supported the economy because the interest rates has gone down but the risk associated with impending recession has gone up and it lead to a risk associated with the company's overall performance in the future because the growth slowdown and the upward trajectory of the company has also been eliminated to certain extent because of the lack of the profitability in the short run and it has impacted the growth prospect and increase the risk and uncertainty associated with the operation of the company leading into a higher volatility of income and earnings.
