a) Privacy and confidentiality

What it means to you:

For me, this principle means my right or anyone's right to obtain privacy and confidentiality. In which we can move in an environment where our personal concerns and personal life is out of anybody's and specially, the firm's concern. They must not interfere of my and anyone's personal life as long as it doesn't affect the firm illegally or negatively.

Provide a practical example:

An example for the right to privacy and confidentiality, is when an event or something is going on inside the property as long as it only concerns my personal life like birthday parties or personal arguments, they must not interfere and just let me move freely.

b) Security of customer information

What it means to you:

For me, this principle only means the right to be secured against any involved parties disclosing my personal information. They must protect all their clients' listed information on whatever it may served or it's purpose is. Because to disclose my information, is to compromise my security and safety.

Provide a practical example

An example for this is that, when someone goes in the firm to ask my personal information listed, they must not give it for it is my right to be secured of my information.

c) Acting according to client authority and instructions

What it means to you:

For me, this principle means to be open on hearing out or being in favor of the clients as long as it doesn't affect the firm illegally and negatively. This principle ensures the fairness as they favor all their clients instructions and authority.

Provide a practical example:

The practical example for this is that, when I don't like a noisy environment and I raise the concern of my neighbors partying every late night in the same real estate company, they must try to address it to my neighbours.

d) Disclosing and managing real and potential conflicts of interest/beneficial interests

What it means to you:

In my opinion and understanding, this principles means the ability of the firm to treat the clients fairly which must mean, no one is more than the other. It is the clients right to benefit from the contract given by the firm. They must be fair that each clients receive benefits and have benefits in a fair manner.

Provide a practical example:

A practical example for this principle is to use the village (if this is a village type) amenities fairly. The amenities must be open for everyone.
