The OSHA standard that I believe is the greatest risk to employees are Fall Protection or Fall Protection Training. Fall Protection is a serious work related injury, which can cause broken body parts or even worser death. Any work related injury is serious. Injuries can change the way body parts function. Which can change your work performance or even make your insurance go up. Less and lesser time at work do to injury. No matter what, you will survive and you still alive. On the other hand , Well death is what it say! No coming period.
