The arrests led to negative backlash for Starbucks. Johnson personally addressed the issue and took several steps to change the culture and policies of the company. This case presents several key issues, including the link between ethical practices, mission and core-values, unconscious bias in the workplace, and how a CEO’s actions impact the employees.  Submission Instructions Write a report about this case study. Each report should include an introduction and conclusion, should be 4-6 pages (double spaced), 2.54 cm margins (the default on MS Word), and 12 pts size . The paper should follow the APA guidelines for format and citation.
