I am currently working as a software engineer, and the skills and the theories I have learned from this course are beneficial in a managerial position. He makes the decisions by himself, and when he wants to take the decision, he does it, and no one can stop him. The authoritarian style is used by leaders who want to concentrate on the overall development of the organization. This style is also used by leaders who want to control all the critical decisions. Democratic leadership is instrumental, and it is being used in all organizations. It is used when the leader makes the decisions by discussing with the employees, the employees can give their suggestions, and the leader can decide on the best solution. The employees feel that they are working for the organization, and they are helping the organization by giving their suggestions. This type of leadership is beneficial in organizations where the employees are very much happy to work.
