Objectives:- The objective of the respect and inclusion policies and procedures are :-

A quality program needs of every child which increase the abilities of all the individuals .It include the early learning and child care .It provide insight for the decision making .It must be based on the inclusion principle and expert of our particular program

Action:-We need to make a plan for the learning and care of the childern.evaluate the plan so that we see that all the plan is made is towards the line of the objective or not .e.g my plan is to make a school which will be situated on the main road of the sadder where the accessibility to the learner easy . The total teaching staff will be there 40 .The total number of the Nanni will be 50 .The number of administration staff will be 10.There should be one lady doctor and dispenser.The sport person will be 2.The Qari who will teach him the islamic norms will be 5.And 22 ethic teacher who provide them eternal values to them .7 Pshcologist will be there in my school. This school will be 2 acr .The housekeeping staff will be trained and 25 in number .

So to be in action i have to first of all look this plan on financial point of view .Then i must need to make a salary sheet for the staff that have to be hired .After that i have to start hiring .Make sure that the objective i have set for is achieving with the time .

Responsibilities:- The teaching faculty will teach them the academic, Qari will teach them islamic events , sports man will provide them non curriculum activities to make them physically strong.The Nanni will take care of the childern so that they could not suffer .The Psycologist will observe the childern abnormal behavior .The ethic teacher will teach them etiquette and ethics of living and how to be social responsible .Doctor will help them in the case of illness or injury .Administration will tackle the office work .The house keeping will be responsible for the cleanliness of the school

Time frame:- The school will be open on 7 oclock and it will be closed to 3 oclock .Each period will be of one hour.One hour will be a lunch break and one hour will be of sport
