Some characteristics of a successful Christian leader are the following: charisma, kindness, compassion, love towards others, and faith in a higher purpose. I think these characteristics differ from the characteristics of just a normal successful leader in that Christian leaders need to place more of an emphasis on the common good than normal leaders do. Normal leaders are more focused on the self, and on their individual needs than Christian leaders, and this emphasis that Christian leaders place on the common good and others is the biggest difference in my opinion between Christian leaders and normal leaders.
