A Dream Come True

I am applying to the Kering Retail Excellence Management Trainee Program because first, I am confident that I will experience everything that a fashion and retail enthusiast like me is supposed to experience while on the field. As someone who has always loved fashion and retail, I see Kering as the epitome of what design, class, comfort, and commerce should be. It will be an honor to train among fashion legends who have recreated and revitalized the world of fashion as we know it. Secondly, I am also interested in being a part of your program because Kering is more than an innovator and trendsetter, but a unit that cares for the environment and the future generations that will inhabit this earth when we are no longer here. A fusion of fashion and environmental conservation is something that has always interested me. As such, I would be right at home in an environment that upholds these two significant parts of my life. Lastly, my interest in Kering lies deep in your post-training retention capabilities. It is my dream to be a member of your family once I graduate from my undergraduate studies. This chance will offer me a chance to fully begin my professional career as early as now.

My application to the Gucci Retail Management Trainee Program is deeply rooted in my love for Gucci as a luxury line and a business. I am interested in this opportunity because first, I know it will open more doors for my academic and professional outlooks now and in the future. I am a curious and creative person who loves fashion and all it represents. Training with Gucci will allow me to harness this love, creativity, and curiosity in meaningful and productive ways that will create future possibilities for me. To add to this, I have long had an interest in the fusion of retail and fashion, a trait that makes me an ideal candidate for this program. I am looking for an environment where I will meet people interested in the things that I love and an environment where my colleagues and superiors will constantly push me to better every aspect of my social, professional, and academic lives. Lastly, working in fashion is more than just looking good or being comfortable in what you wear. It is more than customer-and-colleague or colleague-to-colleague interactions. To me, it is about proper resource management and critical thinking, all important skills that I have worked hard to hone and perfect over the years. Training at Gucci will give me a chance to continue expanding on these skills while gaining more that will make me more efficient and effective on the field. In my journey into this exciting world, I am confident you will be my guide and mentor.
