Part I

Include background information on the organization that you are discussing.

Describe a change this organization had to make to remain competitive.

Explain if the change was caused by internal or external forces.

Describe what creative and innovative choices the company made.

Explain what drivers and strategies the organization used.

Explain if the change or innovation was a success or failure.

Part II

Describe the leadership approach you noticed during the organizational change.

Suggest any changes or improvements you would make if you were the leader of this organization.

Suggest strategies you would use to overcome barriers to change, and creativity faced by the organization.

Your final essay must be at least two pages, not counting the title and reference pages. Utilize and cite your eTextbook for support; you may also use outside scholarly resources.

Adhere to APA Style when constructing this assignment, including in-text citations and references for all sources that are used. Please note that no abstract or title page are needed.
