Mentorship

Good morning ladies and gentlemen and welcome to my presentation where I will give recommendations for CSR projects. The company should start a mentorship program to mentor youths and young professionals without directly giving them an internship. Though the company provides training to a few people, many children don't have mentorship and may lack a chance to utilize their potential in life; however, when the management decides to allocate resources for outreaching the young people in the society, it will make a significant impact in uplifting the lives and creating future leaders. Mentoring can involve online activity whereby mentors will have email communication with the mentees instead of a one-on-one move. Some sessions, however, will involve one on one mentorship activity depending on the members available.

Repairing ecosystem

This idea involves trying to save the life of endangered and vulnerable species. I suggest trying to keep the coastal life since the ones that suffer the most damage due to the petroleum and synthetic waste that find their way into the oceans. This process will involve conserving the coastal region by regrown the lost vegetation and clearing the dirt and debris from the water surface. Plastic waste can be recollected for recycling, and other waste will be collected for disinfection. This move is critical because it will help clear the waters in a portion of the coastal region and even restore the ecosystem in that region due to the elimination of the pollutants. 

Scavenger program

This program entails collecting fresh edibles from restaurants and taking them to the needy in the streets or the homeless persons. The company employees should do this in groups, and this should be done once or twice a month to cater to the homeless and needy In society. The company can also collaborate with hotels with edible clean, leftover food that other families can use. Our organization can collect them and place them in suitable locations where the relevant target people will collect them. Teaming up with several hotels will ensure that they have sufficient food stumps to feed a good number of people in society. This will go a long way in empowering the needy and reducing starvation among homeless people.

Reality TV competition

The organization should come up with reality to competition that entails the team members competing for a specific price and drawing attention to one or several of them in the society, such as health issues. The reality to the program will entail an activity such as surviving at the coast or the beach or even out of two activity that engages the employees of the reorganization. In such a program, the members will compete and actively participate and invite competitors from other organizations to compete. The proceeds from this show will supply the needy people in society and helping them out in times of their needs. This program will be good for team building and helping humanity.
