THE 010 ELEMENT WILL BE AN INDIVIDUALASSESSMENT. STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING TOPIC AND CONSIDER INNOVATIVE AND PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS TO ORGANISATIONAL PROBLEMS BY APPLYING PSYCHOLOGICAL THEORIES TAUGHT IN THE MODULE. STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE A PORTFOLIO THAT CONTAINS A 2,000 WORD ESSAY AND A 400 WORD REFLECTION REPORT. FEEDBACK WILL BE PROVIDED FROM TUTORS.
USING THEORIES AND CONCEPTS COVERED BY THE MODULE, CRITICALLY DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT:

An image that captures the topic – 10% of the total mark
A report that critically discusses the image and the selected copy (2,000 words) from a work psychology perspective – 80% of the total mark
An individual reflection (400 words) on this project work – 10% of the total mark
