I am a student of management class, and I was appointed as coordinator by our instructor. The class schedule was unstable due to coronavirus, and the timings needed to be flexible. We had a final exam, and at midnight, I received an email from the school administration that the examinations would not be physical. Instead of it, the exams will be online. It was night, and the teacher could not communicate with the students. I had the duty to inform the students about it. I used WhatsApp to text everyone, and some of the students were offline. It was another problem that needed to be addressed. I messaged everyone personally and e-mailed the school's written notification that the examination would be online.

It was a difficult night, and everyone was feared because of the worse pandemic condition. Some of the students were getting ready to go to university from the other cities. It was when we realized that electronic devices are useful and can help a lot in difficult times. I planned to message everyone separately, and I am thankful for the electronic devices that helped us in the hour of need.
