Progress of the work was good but on October 23, 2021, two cracks in the basement foundation were detected after a sudden earthquake in the early morning. For this, the project handover will definitely be delayed. Moreover, a renewed budget of 15 lakhs extra will be required to renovate the cracks and establish an anti- earthquake system. Now, write a report in MEMO format to the Managing Director, Mr. Tamim Rahman outlining the progress, offering several recommendations to fix the loss, suggesting other measures to enhance the work and requesting him to increase the budget.
