Reflective Writing
Introduction
My name is “student’s name”. I am in year “year”, and I come from “where you come from”. The objective of this assignment is to obtain a deeper understanding of wellness and what it entails. I think wellness entails the soberness of the mind, and the state of the body is at optimum.
Why is Wellness Important
Wellness is very important for everyone includes the kids and children. Some of the kids get don’t get to be guided to become who they want to become. It’s a problem of the culture, which is the diet that that kids are taking. What would have been done differently if people knew the importance of wellness? Many people are looking for wellness solutions either through the system or by asking friends or even to get to exercises where their body goes to be normal.
Wellness Revolution
Wellness is taking another direction for the people such that people are getting interested in finding out more information about wellness than before. Wellness is a part of life success. Nobody wants to be viewed as a failure in life. Does feeling guilty about how you are or the way you are at all? Do the systems in place address wellness? The truth sets us free. We all have a part of doing and a role to play in the currently available information. It is important to know when a person is sick
Wellness as a Progressive Action
Wellness is a state of complete well-being in the mind, physic, and social, not only the absence of disease. Wellness is something that we need to be doing and approach daily. High-level wellness is an integrated method of functioning where a person maximizes their potential within the environment they are functioning. Why are people speaking about health and not wellness? Why is it that no one is talking about wellness, whereas it is part of our lives? Stress is a factor of wellness that is very crucial to the development and wellness of a person. How then do we find stress? One thing that brings us stress is raising kids and, for example, leaving home when you have cleaned and arranged everything only to come back and have everything disarranged and dirty things all over. Some of the major stressful things in life are poverty, inability to afford care, lack of social care, broken families, and war, among many others.
Symptoms of Wellness in Individuals
To solve the problem, a deeper understanding of the symptoms that cause the condition is of great importance in avoiding or seeking guidance when we find ourselves in such conditions. Are there symptoms that can lead to instability in the state of wellness? What can we do with the wellness information? Some things that may cause instability in our minds, body, and health are addiction to some behavior, drug, or any addiction. Depression causes mind instability in that a person cannot think properly. People with violent behaviours seem to be not in the optimum state of wellness. Other things like chronic diseases, greed makes our mind not to be stable. Depression is probably the number one killer in the US. It is posting a greater challenge compared to cancer, HIV and AIDS together.
Full-Spectrum Wellness
FSW is a choice or decision to make so that there is optimal health. It is a way of life or lifestyle you design to achieve the highest point of well-being. What are the concepts that can be cultivated to achieve full-spectrum wellness? The concepts are the illness wellness continuum, the Iceberg model of health and disease, and the wellness energy system. How can you access the level of awareness? The currency of nutrition is connection. Different kinds of connections arise, connections with our friends, animals and many others. For example, the picture of a child kissing a pig. That picture would make a parent mad, but the child will wash the mouth and kill most germs. Babies should not be separated from their mothers. It is important to choose to be nice to kids because they choose your place as a nursing home. To achieve health and wellness, one should focus on the health wellness continuum. In the continuum, it is where your matters and the direction. Wellness system outputs constitute intimacy, communications, finding meaning, transcending, self-responsibility and love, breathing, playing and working, thinking, sensing, feeling, thinking, moving, eating, and many more.
Four Dimensions of Space and Time and Achieve Wellness
Time is a life span from conception to maturity and when we transform into another being at the end of it all. Space is our environment where we are by the middle, and the outer part surrounds us. The outside environment can be contributed by the family, community, nation, culture, and global environments. Wellness in this place can be contributed by self-responsibility and love. How can we understand the path of wellness? Well, the wheel can help understand our wellness through scoring the best scores and recording them. There are online programs to assess wellness, discover wellness profiles, create a wellness action program, implement the plan, and receive ongoing support. It is important to take the assessment to understand the position you are and help yourself achieve a greater score of wellness.
Conclusion
I learnt that wellness and health are different things. Wellness carries more variables as compared to body health. I had to reflect on factors like a connection that people build that help them with their wellness. The other thing I reflected on is the space in terms of the environment. How much the environment affects our well-being? The connection you build is very important since wellness is greatly contributed by connection. I could help people understand that they can achieve optimal wellness to live fully and achieve the best while living.
