With interviews, the analyst can change relevant information from those that are irrelevant. Also, it reflects the level of job satisfaction among the employees and helps management to develop safety reasons to re-analyze it (Bradt, 2015). Notably, skipping the job analysis step can lead to poor hiring decisions and a waste of resources.
