Additionally, it correlates to characteristics such as integrity, honesty, candor, bravery, and compassion, which are all dimensions of leadership. Thus, the nourishing part of leadership has the power to elevate an organization's culture and employee values to a greater degree of moral behavior. By exemplifying ethical leadership, we foster a culture of integrity, which generates a level of trust and motivates subordinates to adopt and execute akin ideas. However, ethical leadership, like everything else in creation, occasionally flops. As a result, all employees feel uncertain about what truly ethical behavior entails in the firm or become perplexed when prompted to do the proper thing.
