Lead response Time
It's important to track lead response time to monitor the performance.
If the salesman Instantly respond than the organisation get better results. And we get the idea about sales man performance accordingly.
If the lead response Time is bed than its mean Salesman are busy in some other work so they not able to respond quickly and organisations face the challenge of loosing sales or new customer.
Here the management need to identify the other works where salesman devoted his time so that that work eliminated if not relevant.
Number of wins
It's important to check the success rate, if the success rate is less than 30% , its mean something is going wrong with the sales personnel either some issues with the sales training or whatever which results into reducing the sales

Need to check where from revenue are generated, from new sales or existing customer.
It's important to check the source of revenue because the management need to understand how many existing customers are renew the product or again activate the subscription.

Cost Per Lead
