Child labour is not legally allowed by the law, but it involves ethical dilemma, whether to hire children below the 14 years of age, because they are the only earner in their families, or not to hire them for keeping the compliance with the law. It is a serious issue in the factories and manufacturing units, that children are made to work or are working for their livelihood. Both the situations demand different solutions and an ethical approach.

Being a manager, I will not make a fuss about immorality of the child labour, instead discuss the issue with senior managers to support children who are working in the factory of affiliate, with safer working conditions, and providing them the aid to meet their requirements and education.

I will change the policies that must be followed by affiliates, and make them responsible for every child working due to their financial instability, to work in a safer environment, and not to compromise on the schooling. There should be a proper schedule, that support the children work after their school hours and also providing them benefits to accommodate.

It is important to promote ethics, morality and social responsibility, by considering the society and the conditions one is living in, with an aim to grow along with the people.
