There are new and developing dimensions included in management, which are time management, forex management, transport Patel 2 management, and international management. These new advancements push management to more affordable and efficient management methods that favor the public and businesspeople. Human resource management I would love to explore this area since it deals with workforce management to maintain and obtain a satisfactory and satisfied team. Employees are the essential resource in any organization and hence having the ability to handle them and manage them is important for every organization. An organization is as successful as the input given by the workers in the organization. Knowing how to deal with human beings and the best environment to create for them will allow them to have a successful team. this branch is specialized in the management of "man." This area focuses on the placement, recruitment, orientation, conduction, motivation, salary and wage, performance appraisal, transfer, working condition, trade unions, merit-rating, working conditions, and transfers (Kalpana, 2017). Human resource management research will offer me more information on managing people to attain a better outcome. For example, if one hires individuals to a business, the human resource manager is looking for individuals who fit the company's culture and stay longer and be satisfied. The human resource knowledge will also help me as an individual to understand the duties and responsibilities of HR managers in an organization and how they should help the organization to develop strong relationships with individuals within the business area. Exploring this area will allow me to be more equipped to deal with people and gain intelligence connected with human beings. Financial management: Patel 3 This is another interesting topic that I would love to explore in my research. Financial management involves the study of the connection amid increasing funds along with the deployment of funds. The main topic of financial involvement includes capital budgeting, portfolio management, long and short-term sources of funds, and dividend policy (Kalpana, 2017). Understanding the management of funds and distributing funds in a business is one of the essential topics for any person who might work in the management field of a business. Some of the financial management mostly include three major decisions: investment policies, financing methods, and dividends decisions. Investment policies offer one with knowledge on the processes associated with capital expenditures and budgeting. Most of the investment ideas involve using funds and learning the important investment policies will equip one with knowing how to handle money and how to use investment funds and rank the investment with the most important projects to the lesser important projects—knowing what to invest and the capital required for the investment, and how to allocate funds to the required resources. The other important financial management knowledge that I would want to explore relates to the methods of financing. There are different financing methods that an organization can adopt and understanding each method's pros and cons is a crucial step in management. A business can either succeed or fail, mostly depending on the chosen financing and allocation of funds. The study on how to mix both short and long-term accounting is important for ensuring that one provides necessary finances for proposed ventures considering the business's minimum risk. The final knowledge of finances that will be beneficial for my career that makes this area interesting is making dividends decisions. Patel 4 Dividend decision affects the finances paid to the shareholders and supply of additional shares of enterprise stock. Marketing management Marketing is a managerial process that I am interested in researching since I relate to the current society. Marketing has evolved over the years and has obtained a huge space for the success of an enterprise. Understanding how to manage marketing can make a business successful. Marketing management is the procedure of planning and implementing the conception, promotion, pricing, and distribution ideas of distributing services and goods to exchange individual and business satisfaction (Kalpana, 2017). Marketing management generally incorporates consumer behavior, the marketing concept, marketing mix, price and product decisions, market segmentation, marketing mix, marketing research, international marketing, and physical distribution of resources. Research in marketing management will offer me more knowledge on how to promote, deal with the modern marketing that has shifted to online marketing and social media marketing, among other modern media devices that are effective for promotion. Modern marketing management will help bridge the niche of supply and demand through remarketing, meta-marketing, and over marketing. From the societal perspective, modern marketing has a force that harnesses the industrial capacity to attain society's wants and needs. The major function of modern management that I need to analyze is the physical and human resources and gear them towards effective and efficient performance and more productivity at minimal costs. Here is the comment from my professor on the paper that you write.

Good observations -- need a greater dive into attaching theory and why these observations are examples of these theories.?????

This shows you are working on the final project but it seems you are covering too much and also need to stay true to the management side. I would encourage you to reach out to me for a quick conference to make sure this is a solid final project.????????????
