My MBTI type is ISTJ. The elements I strongly connected with is my excellent people skills, natural counselor and accustomed to to structure and organization. The descriptive element I disagreed with is being extremely sensitive to criticism. I disagree because as I've gotten older I've been able to accept criticism better. Being that I know my own potential and confidence. 
An environment that conflicted with my preferred personality type is when I don't get the recognition I deserve and I'm undermined. I feel like I'm a natural hustler when it comes to a task,job or goal. Especially when its a public environment I'm my most self. Whether it is making a sale or networking with others, I want to use my best abilities to further my experience.
I think knowing my personality preferences can help me be successful in a school and work environment because it helps me create goals that are accessible to me. The description warned me about not being aware of my own needs and the tendency to be hard on myself. This set a reminder to myself to give myself alone time, to rest, to breathe, so that I may keep doing what I'm compassionate about.
