You are provided a text file (temps.txt), which has the average temperature of each month in Fahrenheit. Here is a program called readtemp.py which takes a text file name as command-line argument, reads the data into a dictionary (with months as keys, and temperature in Celsius as values), and print the dictionary to the screen.
