        Usability testing is a technique used in user-centered interaction design to evaluate a product by testing it on users. This can be seen as an irreplaceable usability practice since it gives direct input on how real users use the system. Usability testing refers to evaluating a product or service by testing it with representative users. Typically, during a test, participants will try to complete typical tasks while observers watch, listen, and takes notes. We have to consider the user at all points when determining usability. If our designs are to be "usable", they have to pass the test with a minimum number of criteria. If our product were a mouse and not a website, we'd have to ensure that it conformed to standards (to receive that all-important "CE" imprint). For a website, it might be easier to explore how our design ranks alongside a competitor's.

        On the other hand, Interaction design, often abbreviated as IxD, is "the practice of designing interactive digital products, environments, systems, and services." Beyond the digital aspect, interaction design is also useful when creating physical products, exploring how a user might interact with them. Common topics of interaction design include design, human-computer interaction, and software development. While interaction design has an interest in form, its main area of focus rests on behavior. Rather than analyzing how things are, interaction design synthesizes and imagines things as they could be. This element of interaction design is what characterizes IxD as a design field as opposed to a science or engineering field.

While disciplines such as software engineering have a heavy focus on designing for technical stakeholders, interaction design is geared toward satisfying the majority of users. The interaction design principle state that users should always feel like they're in control of the experience. They must constantly experience a sense of achievement through positive feedback/results or feel like they've created something. Flow is what we're looking to achieve through engaging interactions.

     Furthermore, Test with the real users to get real feedback if the app serves the purpose with ease or not. If users are able to use all features or not. we need to get the user's perceptive about the app build, Core principle is how usable the app or website is. What, How, and Why need to be covered so as to understand the requirement better, sometimes Clients & Users may not able to clearly define their problems or requirements. System developers gather client requirements to understand the problem that needs to be resolved. Detailed understanding of the problem is possible by understanding the business area for which the solution is being developed.
What is being done? How is it being done? What is the frequency of the task? What is the volume of decisions or transactions? All these questions need to be asked to gather the process for the usability study.
