Part one

Values are important because they guide our decisions and actions. They help us stay focused on what is important to us and help us stay true to our beliefs. My three values are family, service, and education.

Family is important to me because they are the people who have been with me through thick and thin. They are my support system and I am grateful for them. I love spending time with them and I am always there for them when they need me. I am also close with my extended family and I appreciate their support as well.

Service is important to me because I believe that we should help others whenever we can. I have been involved in volunteer work throughout my life and I have seen how it has made a difference in people's lives. I am also a member of the military and I believe in serving my country.

Education is important to me because I believe that it is the key to success. I have worked hard to get where I am today and I know that education has played a major role in my success. I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and I am constantly trying to learn new things.

Part two

Integrity, respect, responsibility, and compassion are four core values that I try to live by every day. Integrity is important to me because I want to be able to look myself in the mirror and be proud of the person I see. Respect is something that I value because I believe that it is the foundation of all relationships. Responsibility is important to me because I want to be able to take ownership of my life and my actions. Compassion is important to me because I want to be able to see the world from other people's perspectives and understand their struggles. An example of how I live by these values is by always trying to be honest, even if it is difficult, by treating others with kindness and respect, by taking ownership of my mistakes, and by trying to understand the struggles that others may be going through.
