To collect customer messages, we used a server-side chat system. This system received the data on the client side. To process these messages and convert them into meaningful information, we created an API chat function.
3. Customer Service System
The main function of this system is to store and update information sent by customers through email or chat in the database. This way, online stores are able to obtain information about customer tendencies in buying products.
4. Information Processing and Management System
This system continuously analyzes customer and product information to provide a customized customer service to customers. In addition, if there is an increase in the number of customers, then this system also automatically makes changes in the database to reduce possible errors when managing large quantities of data.
