What is management by exception? Explain.

Management by Exception means the control gives to the employees of the business to make the decision and complete their work by themselves. In this method, the managers will interrupt the activities of the employees only when there is a significant difference with the planned outcome. The main steps followed under management by exemptions are as follows:

• Setting up of objectives of the business
• Performance assessment of the business; to check whether the business performance is efficient and proper
• Investigating and solving the problem with the performance.
