Assessment 3 is an individual assignment. You first need to select a high-involvement or/and high-contact service, The warehouse e.g. financial service, professional service, knowledge service (e.g. education, training), healthcare service, or a B2B service that you are familiar with or interested in. You must identify a particular provider (a company/an organization) for the service of your choice. Do not write your report based on the industry in general. Your report starts with an introduction where you identify your target customers of the service to understand their motivations and behaviours. You will then map the customer journey that includes customers’ actions and emotions along the journey. You will conclude your report with a discussion section. The detailed requirements can be found in the first week's lecture slides (Week 1 Introduction, slides 26-32).
