Developing a Selection plan (5%, LO 1) Go back to the job analysis information that you generated in Exercise (1) and create a selection plan format like the one in Exhibit 8.2 on page 375. Also see exhibit 9.11 on page 462 for a partial selection plan. This plan is the groundwork for designing a selection process. To create a selection plan, follow steps A, B & C: A. List the KSAOs needed for the job and for each KSAO decide whether it is needed to be assessed in the selection process or not B. Select the best assessment methods to be used for assessing the KSAOs. Explain why each method is the best in terms of reliability, validity, cost, utility and applicant reactions.
