All in vertical format.Page 2:History of the company. What do they do or make, current markets, leaders. No longer than one page.In your own words. If you cut and paste material from outside sources you will receive a F on the paper.Page 3:Explain the circumstances when the auditor must issue the type of report that your company was issued. DO NOT explain and define all of the various types of audit reports. Stick to the opinion issued.Pages 4 – X:Why was your company issued the report that they received? You can find this information in the auditor’s report itself, the 10-k reported to the SEC, and the annual report. Carefully review the notes and disclosures as you will find much of this information there. Read the Management Discussion. Your grade will be based mostly on this discussion.Last page: Citations/works cited.Attachments:Copy of auditor’s Report. (papers submitted without a copy of the auditor’s report will not be graded and will receive an F)Copy of Balance Sheet and Income Statement for the year under audit.Copy of the note or disclosure or other information discussing the reason for the opinion.DO NOT submit the entire form 10-k or Annual Report.
