You are the Manager of a local Toronto cinema called "The Olde York". As pandemic restrictions continue to ease, you have decided to continue asking customers to wear masks in the theatre.
Your assistant manager, Iris Young, sends you an email asking for clarification regarding the directive.
Using your own words and relying on one of ethical frameworks discussed in class and the class 11 reading, write a memo to Iris that explains either why it would be good to maintain a masking requirement or why you have changed your mind and it should be removed. Be sure to clearly identify which perspective (from the reading on ethical argumentation) you are relying on by naming it and placing it in bold font. (In a real business memo, you likely would not name the perspective you are using, but for this memo assignment it is important.)
Be sure to ask Iris to either continue enforcing or stop enforcing the mask mandate, depending on your memo.
