Now that you have identified the issues, it is time to make some recommendations to your client. Take each of the issues that you have identified above and make suggestion(s) on how to fix it.
Part 1 - HR Issues

- Selecting the best candidate for a position
- Giving reasonable compensation based on a job responsibility

Part 2 - Recommendations
- Find the best resources to advertise the job postings to ensure that all prospective candidates will be informed that the company is hiring for a certain position.
- To filter the candidates carefully and to select the best candidate for the position, make sure that the candidate passed all the criteria needed for the specific job position thru background checking, tests and exams, and interviews to know more the candidates.
- Consider the effort, knowledge, skills, and talent needed for a job and its demand in the society to identify reasonable compensation for a particular position.
- Benefits like performance incentives and commissions should be awarded to a deserving employees. This promotes productivity in the workplace and will boost the employees' morale. To ensure that the company is selecting the deserving employee, always keep on track of the employees' performance and productivity. And always give it on time.
- Always keep the workplace comfortable and safe for employees. Keep the equipment checked everyday, properly maintained and working well.
- Never require an employee to report if he/she is severely sick or can't even manage to go in the workplace. Providing sick leave or maternity leave for an employee with agreed terms and conditions is the best choice for this.
- Its difficult to select who needs a training within the organization because it may cause discrimination for not meeting the metrics. But, the best way to avoid this is to provide a proper way of approach to this. Help the employees think the other way around. Always keep in their mind that the training will not just help them boost their productivity but also boost their self confidence to complete compete with other employees. In this case, the employee will be motivated and will pursue with the training .
- Always keep each parties interest to meet at least halfway. If not, always consider their key points to arrive with the best decisions and/or recommendations.
- Losing employees' morale with the management may lead to low production or even withdrawal. To avoid this, as a HR, you may organize company team building activities.
- Keeping the process private is the best way to deal with this. It will avoid discrimination within the organization. Always be just and fair all time and consider asking explanation and reason from the employee to derive with the best decisions.
