Naif entered into the following contracts with Akukaya Sdn Bhd: (i) A contract for the installation of an air-conditioner at his house

Naif entered into the following contracts with Akukaya Sdn Bhd:
(i) A contract for the installation of an air-conditioner at his house.
(ii) A contract for the purchase of a used motorcar.
As a result of poor installation of the air-conditioner, water leaked from the walls causing
serious damage. Further, Naif has discovered that the motorcar was, in fact, a stolen one
and the original owner is demanding re-possession of it.
Naif wishes to claim against Akukaya Sdn Bhd in respect of both these matters, under the
Sale of Goods Act 1957. Advise Naif.
