Impact of an outlier:

It affects the healthcare organization more badly and causes a harmful situation to the organization

Inlier:

This is present under the specific boundaries and there are no non-medical patients within a spell.

Example:

If the number of patients is not more then the expected numbers and exactly adjust to the boundaries, then this situation is inlier.

Impact of inlier:

There is no harmful impact of the inlier and it provides a normal situation to the organization.
