Olam invests heavily into training of its new staff . The CEO of Olam conducts a week long "Core Process training" which deals with the governing objective , culture, strategic intent, value appropriation logic, Risk governing etc of the company. The new jionees are well inducted into the culture and core skills of the company. Even when staffs join at different geographies in the world they are repeatedly evaluated on these skills and continuous training programs are organized to further strengthen their understanding of the processes in the organization.
