We learned to appreciate everything around us and that material things are not that important compare to a human's life. To love your family and cherish the moments you have with them. We got the chance to dine, eat and see our family everyday because we are forced to stay at home that we never did before. The bond got stronger and made us discover different things with each other.
2. The presence of one's religion and faith got strengthen.
During these trying times, it made us seek for his righteousness and believe that everything will be alright. We got the chance to pray everyday and pray more in order for us to survive each day. We learned that every life, a precious life that was a gift only for us by our own God and we need to cherish it and acknowledge him as the supreme being who can cure all the sick. Staying at home made us know him more and got a deeper connection with him. Indeed, our faith's got strengthen.
3. The importance of our health care workers.
Seeing a lot of people who got infected, doctors and nurses that battled the virus it made us appreciate them more, that their profession is one of a kind and they are our modern heroes.
Without them we cannot surpass this pandemic that we are experiencing, given the fact that they too have families that will be left behind if something happens for them but they do everything that they can to ensure that we can stop this virus. We learned that it is better to invest more on our health facilities so that we can control the number of sick people because if everyone got sick it makes our economy fail.
4. Healthy body is our best weapon to any diseases.
We learned to be more conscious about our health, to eat healthy foods and have a balanced diet, to exercise regularly and to allow ourselves to rest and. We got more obsessed with cleanliness, in everything that we do we immediately wash our hands in order to kill the virus. We learned that it is not wrong to distance ourselves with other people in order to stop the spread of the virus. We also got the chance to sleep more hours and free our minds with problems.
5. The value of compassion and kindness towards other people.
We learned to be more kind to other people through social distancing since we care about others welfare too that's why we don't want them or us to get infected. We learned to care for each other during this crisis and helped those people who are in need. We learned to be more kind and compassionate that makes us and molded us into a better and stronger individual amidst this pandemic.
