Can you please help me with a POV statement for my capstone goal?
The issue is that I work for a health insurance company and participating providers to don't know that they are a part of the plan. There are a couple of factors involved... Contracts were signed 2014 and we didn't go live until 2016. Large turnover off staff in providers offices, Health plan is relatively unknown, members who call to make appointments are unable to get appointments causing member abrasion.
I don't know where to begin with my statement.
